<DIV> 2) CARE for Animals is running a charity coed 3 on 3 volleyball tournament this weekend in conjunction with their highly successful 5k run/ 1mile walk in Murray Park. They will have 3 divisions (Power, Competitive, & Recreational). They have extended the online registration deadline to Thursday 5/13. I have been told they will be providing drinks and some food and that they will have lots going on. Participants also get a T-shirt. Prizes (Visa Gift Cards) will be given to the top teams in each division. Sign-in is from 9:45-10:15 and play starts at 10:30am (this should allow people to participate in both the walk/run & the volleyball tournament). The Power division is scheduled to be held on the sand courts while the other divisions are scheduled to be on the grass next to the sand courts. <DIV> 3) There are a lot of people who need to renew their CAVBA memberships for 2010. Please take care of this as soon as you can. We will be checking the membership list on pickup nights starting pretty soon. Thank you very much!

<DIV> 4) Murray Park pickup volleyball will no longer be held on Thursdays. It will be held on Tuesdays and Saturdays whenever the weather is conducive to playing.</DIV></DIV>
