Congratulations on checking your email !!!<br><br><br><div align="center">*** This is not an official CAVBA Chairman letter *** <br>*** it's just an unofficial reminder of upcoming events ***<br></div><br><br>Thursday: Open play at the Fisher Armory is back !!! for those of you who have not attended the armory before, we have open play from 6-7, then at 7 we choose teams and play until one of the teams lose 3 in a row, or until each team has played every other team, or until enough people leave that a repick is necessary. It is a night of fun, and it ends 10pm.<br><br>Saturday: The 2nd annual Halloween tournament is rocking in the park !!! There are rumors that "The Todd" from sweetsets.com is showing up to this tournament - while I can't promise any volleyball kicking or broken sunglasses hijinks, the possibility will be there. So don't bother asking is "anybody good" will be there - I just let you know ;) <br>Registration is from 9:00 - 9:15. From 9:30 - 9:45 we use the team builder program to choose teams (That only takes about 1 min - the rest of the time we modify ratings until the board members are all on good teams while everyone else complains about how long the draw is taking)* Tournaments generally end around 5:30pm - it will be earlier if we have fewer teams. We do check over the teams to make sure nothing went horribly wrong - like a team of all women, Chuck not being on Stephanie's team, or someone good being on Deven's team.
